Welcome

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my first step into website development! In the months ahead I’ll be working with some “web dev” friends to build what I hope would be an informative and inspiring destination for people.  Feel free to click on the  tabs at the top of this page to learn more about my background & training or to contact me.  I’d love to get your feedback and hear how I might support your practice – beginner and longtime yogi alike.
In brief, I have been coming to my mat for several years.  As life has changed, and so has the various challenges that a life brings,  yoga has been there for me like a longtime friend – dependable, trustworthy, and inspiring.  My personal practice has deepened and evolved over time and has inspired me to teach.
 I look forward to sharing with you what I  have learned, and continue to learn, through my teacher trainings, and on-going continuing education with some of our great yoga masters.  I hope to support you, and/or your group,  in developing & deepening your own yoga path.  We will link breath with movement to transform: improving strength, flexibility, balance & relationship with Self… on and off the mat.
